The various activities of ideatech span across software distribution, development & research on behalf of third parties, and service provisioning in related areas. The main research activities of the company revolve around image processing and the development of databases and multimedia systems. Last but not least, ideatech is the company which created Anagnostis, the first Greek Optical Character Recognition system. Anagnostis is the only OCR, worldwide, which features recognition capabilities of ancient Greek, making it ideal for University and Library use. |
